| On
July 20, 1999 as part of Global Traders, Inc.’s Framework for Global
Commodities Commerce and Financing, the company in an attempt to
direct the flow of capital and goods to countries around the globe
especially Africa, embarked on identifying sources of financing
to help companies and countries meet their cash flow problems in
a manner that increases competition and facilitates international
participation in global commerce and development.
To further
enhance the purchasing abilities of companies and governments, GTI
sought for, and got the approval of US Department of Agriculture
to participate in its export programs that are set up primarily
to help businesses and governments in developing countries who due
to foreign exchange constraints, will otherwise not be able to buy
goods and services from the United States of America. GTI currently
participates in all USDA programs, including GSM-102/103 Program,
and is one of the key companies recognized by the US Department
of Agriculture as exporters of US agricultural products.
In addition
to making products more competitive, GTI has contractual business
relationships with grain silo operators across the US , and also
is affiliated with major product producers and manufacturers in
key producing countries to meet clients’ needs.
As part of our growth process
and having listened to the needs of our clients, we have added financing
to our business activities.
As a result, we are currently
actively involved in funding capital projects and the procurement
of capital and industrial equipment for clients who want to expand
their current operations or replace old and ageing equipment.
